If im being honest… I drove my car across town three times because their mechanic couldn’t hear the massive grinding sound on my brakes from him not installing them correctly. And then didn’t offer me any type of hey here’s 20% off your next pad swap. Oh let’s refund you the tax. Nope. Just 3 days and like probably about 10 hours because they improperly serviced a vehicle more than once and sent it on its way. That was a year ago…. The brakes I had swapped are going before the ones I didn’t have them swap and I paid for “above average pads” I would recommend Firestone. Jiffy. A&M auto. And above all else. Les Schwab, over these guys. I’m just one person. That’s the truth of my experience.

All the guys in the shop were extremely friendly and very thoughtful! They made sure my little one and I were comfortable while we waited, which wasn’t long at all. They made sure all of our needs and concerns were met!

We just moved to the area and my vehicle tire was loosing air and I took it to B&G Tire. These are the best and most professional folks and they resolved my issue before I even hada chance to send an email. It was fast it was awesome and it was very skilled and professional! This is my place from now on where I'm bringing both of my vehicles. They also did a very nice favor for me and I am extremely appreciative. I highly recommend B&G Tire and Auto for your vehicle needs. Give them a call and see them, you won't want to go anywhere else.

I try to bring as much of my fleet work here as possible. Ryan and Jason are honest, fair, and always work to return my vehicles in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Updating my review and dropping the rating to 1 star. After seeing the owner's response, it’s clear that even two stars was too generous for this place. My previous review wasn't just about a 'plastic hubcap'—it was about professional ethics and road safety. The owner acts like it’s a minor detail, but the reality is that a loose cover could have flown off on the highway and hit another vehicle. If that happened, I’d be dealing with liability and damages for another driver right now, all because of this shop's negligence. Letting a customer drive off with a loose part that creates a safety hazard is the opposite of professional. Instead of offering a simple apology (which I still have not received), the owner chose passive-aggressiveness and tried to flip the blame on me. Had I received a genuine apology for the staff’s oversight, I might have reconsidered my rating. However, this response confirms that 1 star is exactly what they deserve. A real 'family-style' business owns up to their mistakes immediately; they don't get defensive when called out on the truth. I strongly advise future customers to look at how this shop handles feedback before trusting them with your car.
